  • Overview of each of the pillars – Vision, Imagining the Classroom, Choosing Rich Texts, Reading Culture, Making it Your Own, Widening the Ripples, and Pausing and Evolving.
• Define what success looks like for your school
  • What does your school look like in this academic year if this goes well? What does success look like for you? Refer back to the toolkit and pillars sent out before summer – how will they move from reflection to action?
